Design, develop, integrate, and test mixed-signal embedded hardware and full life-cycle PCB/PCA solutions for space and defense applications. Responsibilities include schematic capture, PCB layout/routing, high-speed (>1 GHz) design, FPGA and microprocessor development, hardware integration, test/debug, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver radiation-mitigated space electronics.

Senior technical leader responsible for architecting and guiding embedded hardware for space and defense systems, covering requirements, high-speed mixed-signal PCB design, FPGA and microprocessor development, integration, test, peer reviews, customer/vendor interface, cost account management, and technology roadmap support.

Lead execution and financial control of complex aerospace engineering programs. Own budgets, track cost/schedule variances, forecast EAC, maintain IMS, translate Agile metrics to milestones, plan resources, and mitigate technical risks across hardware/software integration.

Lead systems engineering for space electronics products: develop requirements, manage technical baseline, perform analysis, support design reviews, verification/validation, propose and support new product development, and collaborate across mechanical, electrical, software, and firmware teams.

Lead early-phase concept development for software-defined space processors and satellite battery systems. Engage customers, develop architectures, feasibility studies, white papers, and proposals; scout COTS technologies and adapt them for space, prioritize SWaP reductions, partner with BD to shape capture strategies, and drive concepts into executable programs while supporting travel and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead systems engineering for advanced space electronics, owning requirements, system analyses, trades, technical baselines, and verification. Guide multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, software/firmware) from concept through qualification and delivery, support proposals and IR&D, present at design reviews, and act as program technical champion.

Drive MBSE activities: build and maintain SysML models in Cameo, keep architecture and documentation aligned, support requirements traceability, participate in design reviews, and collaborate with developers, DevOps, program leads, and government engineers to ensure testability and system integration.
