Welcomes recreation center patrons, answers calls, provides facility information, processes admissions and program registrations, collects payments, balances receipts, and completes shift reporting. Maintains an organized front desk, monitors facility conditions, enforces rules, reports maintenance concerns, and opens or closes the facility. Provides professional customer service, supports teamwork, and handles stressful patron interactions while following district policies.
