As a Customer Support Advocate your primary activities are supporting TrackVia customers via phone, email, live chat and monitoring our online community. Every day you'll interact with smart business people from all kinds of companies to solve real world business problems. You will have a great impact not only on our customers but you’ll play a key role in shaping our product road map and marketing strategy, as you analyze and convey the feedback you receive from conversations with customers. 

• Consistently achieve targeted sales quota through new business. • Management of Team Solutions Specialists. • Provide accurate and timely forecasts to sales management. • Develop strong presence and awareness in the region for TrackVia services through participation in community and technology organizations. • Develop relationships with potential customers in order to generate sales. • Work closely with the Solutions Architect group and support team to ensure the successful implementation of customer applications. • Participate in the development of new service ideas and sales strategies as needed. • Participate in trade shows and presentations to industry/customer groups.

Gather requirements from customers to understand and build the architecture and workflow of their online application. Design database and build tables, forms, filtered/formatted reports, dashboards and setup user permissions. Set proper expectations and meet project milestones. Assist with the app deploy and train users on the TrackVia platform.

As our primary User Experience (UX) Designer, you’ll be responsible for developing and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, high fidelity mockups and prototypes. You’ll be working on design problems from beginning to end – creating the next great product feature to tweaking pixels right before launch. 

Hire, train, and manage a world class program and team of Business Development Reps for strategic account-based qualifications on inbound and outbound leads. Develop training programs, content and curriculum that ensures rapid onboarding and ongoing development of Business Development Reps. Experience designing approaches to penetrate and create relationships within target accounts by profiling and scheduling appointments with key decision makers in targeted companies.
