Ensure station uptime, FCC compliance, and adherence to company engineering and IT practices. Respond to equipment failures, travel between remote sites, perform on-call after-hours and weekend work, and support high-voltage and tower-site safety requirements.

Oversee engineering operations for multiple broadcast radio markets, ensuring broadcast continuity, FCC compliance, infrastructure reliability, and emergency response. Diagnose, repair, and maintain transmitters, antennas, automation, studio, networking, EAS, and related systems. Develop technical standards, capital plans, vendor recommendations, and corrective solutions. Travel independently among remote transmitter sites, provide after-hours and weekend on-call support, and serve as Chief Operator when required.
