The role supports Windows and Linux environments and requires Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Analyzes and tests space command-and-control and missile defense systems across operational and laboratory environments. Develops test plans, evaluates mission-thread performance, processes data, and builds Python/Bash automation and JupyterLab analytical tools. Consolidates results across test events, validates analytical tooling, and presents findings to engineering teams and senior government leadership to support fielding and operational acceptance decisions.

Lead and support operational testing of space command-and-control systems across ground, on-orbit, link, and battle-management environments. Develop test strategies, master plans, campaign and event plans, reports, evaluation tools, and realistic test scenarios. Execute and analyze tests for operational effectiveness, survivability, and suitability while coordinating resources and collaborating with test engineers, analysts, developers, and technical writers.

Perform requirements development, interagency coordination, technical analysis, C2 and network architecture evaluation, doctrine/policy review, and provide senior leader support and operational planning advice.
