Creates graphics, layouts, illustrations, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials for digital and print channels. Develops visual concepts, maintains brand consistency, edits images, prepares files for publication and printing, and collaborates with clients and internal teams. Manages multiple projects, incorporates feedback, researches design trends, organizes brand assets, and ensures accurate, professional final designs.

Enters, updates, verifies, and maintains business records across databases and physical files. Processes documents, corrects errors, prepares basic reports, and performs data-quality checks. Provides administrative support through scanning, filing, correspondence, and document preparation while protecting confidential information. Communicates with departments to resolve missing or inaccurate data and meets established accuracy, productivity, and turnaround-time standards.

Provides customer assistance across phone, email, chat, and in-person channels. Handles inquiries, orders, returns, payments, complaints, account updates, and service requests while maintaining accurate records and protecting customer information. Coordinates with internal departments to resolve issues, follows up on open requests, explains policies and products, and escalates complex concerns. Maintains professionalism, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction in a high-volume environment.
