Lead development, integration, and verification of satellite payloads. Define requirements, manage interfaces, plan and execute integration and verification, perform trade studies and performance modeling, identify and mitigate technical risks, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams from concept through launch and operations to deliver reliable mission-ready systems.

Support development, integration, verification, and performance assessment of EO/IR imaging payloads for a weather-observation constellation. Translate mission needs into requirements, perform radiometry/SNR/MTF and image-quality analyses, support alignment, calibration, environmental testing, and lifecycle activities across payload, spacecraft, software, and science teams to ensure on-orbit performance.

Lead and mentor AIT manufacturing engineers and technicians to develop integration strategies, production processes, schedules, and test plans for spacecraft. Coordinate cross-functionally (systems, mechanical, electrical, quality, supply chain) to manage engineering changes, nonconformance, configuration, contamination control, and ESD practices while driving continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and scalable manufacturing capability.

Owns complex international technical programs from pre-sale and proof of concept through deployment and ongoing support. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, contracts, deliverables, invoicing, compliance, customer relationships, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. The role supports international sales opportunities, builds governance and reporting frameworks, resolves blockers, and ensures programs are delivered on time across multiple countries, time zones, and regulatory environments. International travel is required as customer relationships and program milestones demand.

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple U.S. government technical programs, managing contracts, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, compliance artifacts, and customer relationships. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, support pre-sale government opportunities, and establish governance and reporting processes. The role requires direct federal program delivery experience, strong stakeholder influence, knowledge of government procurement and contracting, and willingness to travel for customer and program needs.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex international government programs across multiple countries, including contracting, technical delivery, POCs, deployment, support, reporting, invoicing, and compliance. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams while supporting pre-sales activities. Build program frameworks in a fast-growing environment, maintain momentum across concurrent engagements, and serve as the primary customer contact. International travel and direct experience with non-U.S. government agencies are required.

Lead and manage regulatory licensing and export-control programs for spacecraft and Earth-observation operations. Develop export classifications, licensing strategies, Technology Control Plans, and governance frameworks. Advise on international collaborations, supplier engagements, and mission compliance. Partner with engineering, operations, legal, security, and executive teams to integrate regulatory requirements across product lifecycle, launches, and global expansion. Build training, policies, and monitor emerging regulatory changes.
