Make 85+ dials/day with a goal of 20–25 appointments/week, support an assigned Sales Professional, conduct client research, assist with customer communications, participate in structured training, and have potential to transition to a full Sales Professional role. Compensation includes hourly wage plus commissions (up to $3,500–$4,000/month).
