Lead US accounting operations and month-end close, build accounting infrastructure for IPO readiness, implement internal controls and GAAP-compliant reporting, manage and mentor accountants, champion automation and SQL-driven workflows, and liaise with auditors, regulators, and investors.

Leads data science strategy across Mexico and Brazil, manages and mentors a distributed team, and remains hands-on building and deploying machine learning models. Establishes modeling standards, infrastructure, delivery practices, and technical roadmaps while partnering with credit leadership on underwriting, valuation, impact measurement, and P&L analysis. Requires strong applied machine learning expertise, prior data science leadership, business communication skills, and understanding of credit or underwriting.

Own the Credit Card business unit’s P&L, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, planning, and unit economics. Partner with Credit, Product, Marketing, and Data Science leaders to evaluate initiatives, interpret portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, and guide strategic decisions. Build dashboards and automated reporting, improve AI-enabled finance workflows, and present financial insights to executive and board-level audiences.
