Negotiate teaming agreements and MOUs, prepare tailored briefings and demos, track pipeline in CRM, coordinate onboarding and technical scoping, and align partnership strategy with capture and program teams while maintaining ITAR/export-control awareness.

Lead capture efforts for DoD and Intelligence Community opportunities from qualification through award. Build capture plans, customer relationships, competitive intelligence, teaming agreements, and price-to-win strategy. Coordinate with engineering, proposals, contracts, and finance, run gate reviews, maintain pipeline in CRM, and represent the company at industry events to convert technical capability into funded programs of record.

Own Salesforce and commercial data infrastructure to build pipeline architecture, forecasting cadence, and executive reporting. Improve CRM discipline, data quality, lead routing, and forecast accuracy. Partner with leadership and BD/capture teams, train users, create SOPs, and standardize revenue metrics across programs and geographies to enable scalable growth.
