Lead vision, strategy, and delivery of AI/ML products that identify and recover third-party healthcare claims. Build and operationalize models, architect data flywheels, recruit and manage an AI team, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate technical work into measurable business outcomes and revenue.

Own the companys end-to-end data graph, ensure data quality and lineage, and deliver Sigma dashboards and client-facing reports. Act as single owner for triage, prioritization, and translation of business questions into actionable insights, partnering closely with data engineering and business leaders to set standards for production-ready reporting.

Lead client onboarding and implementation for health plan customers, operate embedded on client sites to translate claims data and workflows into internal execution, develop repeatable playbooks, monitor recovery outcomes, resolve operational blockers, and partner cross-functionally to inform product and scale operations.

Design, build, and scale backend services, APIs, and orchestration workflows for claims identification and recovery. Integrate AI/ML models, manage cloud infrastructure (AWS), and implement durable workflows (Temporal) while ensuring secure, reliable, maintainable systems. Collaborate with product, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver production-grade solutions.
