Leads regional engineering quality, processes, workload, compliance, and talent development for crane and rigging operations. Oversees lift plans, drawings, calculations, and technical reviews while ensuring adherence to OSHA, AISC, ANSI/ASME, DOT, ISO 9001, and company standards. Partners with branch managers, sales, operations, and project teams; supports estimating and field execution; mentors engineers; manages regional capacity; and develops engineering tools, training, and processes. The role requires extensive crane, rigging, lift-planning, field leadership, and multi-location operational experience.
