Team Leads additionally supervise small canvasser teams, support training and administrative tasks. Positions are short-term through 7/2 with part-time and full-time shifts.

Manage biweekly final wage payments for campaign staff across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and accurate data. Support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding by processing employment documentation, tax forms, benefits eligibility, and employee records in ADP and internal databases. The role requires administrative precision, data entry, problem-solving, and availability for variable evening and weekend shifts.

Lead and build the company's technology function: modernize internal systems, unify employment and payroll pipelines, own the system of record, harden data pipelines and analytics, enforce security and AI governance, and grow a resilient BI/systems team. Deliver an architecture and roadmap, run migrations and pilots, and support a presidential-scale campaign cycle on scalable foundations.
