Perform routine, STAT, urgent and intraoperative CT procedures; ensure patient care, documentation, radiation safety and quality control; perform venipuncture and medication administration per protocol; maintain exam supplies and inventory; and provide training, education and mentoring to students, technologists, nursing staff, residents and fellows.

Coordinate patient flow and provider schedules in an outpatient pediatric cardiology clinic. Greet patients, manage appointments and same-day/walk-in scheduling, prioritize calls, update patient information, support care coordination, and attend required trainings and fit testing.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support Epic applications (Resolute billing/claims) to optimize clinical and revenue-cycle workflows. Gather requirements, map workflows, configure Epic, validate integrations (HL7/FHIR/CCD), partner on Clarity/Caboodle reporting, manage incidents and service requests, execute testing and upgrades, and lead process improvements to meet SLAs and regulatory needs.

Analyze, configure, test, debug, and document applications; translate user needs into requirements; document current and future business processes; support implementations, testing, upgrades, and workflow/data management; establish project governance and facilitate stakeholder meetings.

Provide pediatric nutritional assessments and care plans, manage nutrition needs across the continuum, deliver patient/family education, support clinical nutrition staff training and orientation, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, coordinate transitions of care and home nutrition needs, and oversee clinical pathways and competency development.

Design, review, and optimize application and system architectures for Integrated Delivery Systems (RTLS). Lead application integration, data flow, security, configuration, testing, documentation, maintenance, and cross-team coordination. Analyze requirements, develop technical specifications, and research technology trends.

Lead desktop/application integration and platform engineering initiatives: design processes, improve performance, mentor staff, manage complex operational projects, create workflows and policies, analyze system issues, and support enterprise endpoint lifecycle, packaging, deployment, and automation.
