Own post-sale strategy for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts to drive retention, expansion, and revenue. Build executive relationships, lead business reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate cross-functional delivery, track account metrics, and advocate for customer needs to influence product and service improvements.

Provide technical sales consultancy for Test & Measurement products, working with account managers and customers to identify requirements, demo solutions, and close opportunities. Deliver technical presentations and training, support product management feedback, and maintain strong customer and partner relationships while conducting territory on-site visits.
