Own and grow Pro and Enterprise sales pipeline for Teamworks’ Performance product suite. Lead consultative discovery with sports performance leaders, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, identify expansion opportunities, represent the company at industry events, and provide market intelligence to Product and Marketing. The role requires firsthand professional performance-operations experience, deep familiarity with AMS or Strength & Conditioning platforms, and credibility within the Pro and Enterprise sports performance community.

Own marketing operations, enterprise B2B attribution, campaign and event tracking, lifecycle triggers, and marketing data alignment. Build the infrastructure connecting campaigns, website activity, in-app messaging, pipeline, and revenue. Lead automation and AI agent development to replace manual execution across demand generation and product marketing while operating initially as a team of one.

Develop statistical and machine learning models using soccer tracking and event data to support player recruitment decisions. Build spatio-temporal models, metrics, analyses, and interpretation tools; validate models; communicate findings to professional club clients; and partner with engineering on cloud deployment and production reliability. The role also includes code review, model maintenance, and advancing analytical methods.

Own backend performance and scalability improvements for a mature Java-based Athlete Management System. Diagnose bottlenecks across APIs, databases, calculations, and background jobs; improve data access, asynchronous processing, observability, containerization, and reliability. Develop technical plans, drive changes through production, collaborate with the Data Platform team, review architecture, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call support.

Own the product strategy, roadmap, team, customer relationships, and P&L for Teamworks’ Coaching, Player Personnel, Recruiting, and Intelligence portfolio. Lead AI strategy across sports markets, integrate acquired products, align engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales, and convert proprietary sports data into AI-powered workflows. Represent the business with teams, leagues, and partners while driving multi-market growth and product execution.

Own the AMS frontend, designing and shipping React and TypeScript features for data-intensive grids, forms, dashboards, and widgets. Integrate RESTful APIs using TanStack Query, manage state with React Context or Zustand, implement SurveyJS forms, and optimize performance for large datasets. Collaborate with backend engineers and designers, contribute to code reviews and Agile ceremonies, and work across time zones with an Australia-based team. The role requires US citizenship and willingness to pursue future security clearance.

Own go-to-market for Coaching and Personnel product categories: gather market, customer, and competitive insights; define positioning and messaging; lead product launches and multi-channel campaigns; build enablement, playbooks, and training for Sales and CS; use Customer.io to drive adoption; define and track KPIs; create AI-driven workflows and partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive leadership to grow adoption.

Sell and grow Teamworks Performance products to Division I programs: own DI pipeline, lead consultative discovery with performance and athletic staff, partner with Customer Success for expansion/renewals, represent Teamworks at events, and feed market intelligence to product and marketing.
