Own end-to-end email marketing operations for a fixed-scope project, including domain and sending infrastructure review, SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication, domain warming, CRM-integrated campaigns and automation workflows, AI-assisted segmentation and personalization, and deliverability monitoring and optimization. The specialist will work independently, propose the project scope, timeline, hours, and cost, and provide a portfolio and RFQ.

Develop and maintain TeamFicient’s website in a solo, fixed-scope engagement. Responsibilities include fixing real-time availability functionality, proposing and staging a roles-page redesign, building an internal services page, performing website health checks, resolving technical issues, improving technical and on-page SEO, and safely managing staging and production environments. The contractor must submit an RFQ with approach, timeline, hours, costs, assumptions, and risks, and complete an NDA and background check.

Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud records, inbound leads, sales activities, opportunities, pipeline data, reports, and dashboards. Provide calendar, inbox, meeting, and follow-up support for a U.S.-based sales team. Maintain CRM data accuracy, resolve duplicates, assist with forecasting, and support daily sales operations while coordinating effectively in a remote, customer-focused environment.
