Support advanced concept and technology development for missile defense programs. Responsibilities include recommending security structures, protecting critical information, supporting systems engineering, test and evaluation, modeling and simulation, transition to operations, technology assessments, classification recommendations, and integration planning. The position requires more than five years of specialized experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.

Maintains information system security for DoD Special Access Programs, including authorization packages, configuration management, audits, vulnerability remediation, incident handling, security documentation, and compliance reviews. Supports Collateral, SCI, and SAP environments while coordinating changes with ISSM and authorization officials. Requires a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, SAP eligibility, certification compliance, and willingness to undergo a counterintelligence polygraph.

Conduct security control assessments for Collateral, SCI, and SAP information systems using RMF and JSIG. Evaluate security controls, threats, vulnerabilities, authorization packages, system changes, hardware, software, and continuous monitoring plans. Prepare Security Assessment Reports and POA&Ms, advise government and authorization officials, support inspections and cybersecurity incidents, and recommend authorization decisions and corrective actions.
