Build and maintain passive candidate pipelines for software engineering, product, and design roles in autonomy/defense. Source via LinkedIn, GitHub, conference lists, and niche communities; send personalized outreach, A/B test messaging, run initial screens, and keep ATS (Ashby) records. Track pipeline metrics, surface market intelligence, and contribute sourcing playbooks and Boolean libraries.

Design and maintain a scalable design system and refactor complex UIs for clarity. Conduct on-site operator discovery and structured usability testing. Prototype interaction patterns and improve information hierarchy for real-time, hardware-integrated command-and-control workflows. Collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize and implement designs, and clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

Embed with U.S. government and military customers to deploy, debug, and maintain C2 software in austere operational environments. Build integrations, troubleshoot distributed systems, contribute to core services, write full-stack code, support on-call operations, and travel internationally to ensure mission-ready reliability.
