Lead and scale card operations for Sunbit's card platform, owning Fiserv/processor relationships, program delivery (launches, migrations, fraud, collections), vendor/network management, team leadership, P&L oversight, regulatory compliance, and operational improvements to drive scalability and efficiency.

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, align product and operations to business KPIs, design scalable operational processes, perform advanced financial modeling and data analysis, and manage projects end-to-end to drive growth and execution.

Lead analytics for the Credit Card portfolio, partnering with Product, Engineering, Credit Risk, Fraud, and Marketing to deliver data-driven strategy. Perform ad-hoc and cohort analyses, design A/B tests, manage BI reports, drive portfolio growth and risk insights, and build scalable data solutions with Data Engineering. Influence executives through clear recommendations and leverage AI tools to accelerate analytics and self-service.

Serve as the partner-facing lead for co-brand credit card partnerships, driving end-to-end launches and ongoing program growth. Own project plans, GANTT charts, RAID logs, KPI tracking, executive presentations, and cross-functional coordination across product, marketing, legal, compliance, operations, analytics, and partners. Travel monthly for face-to-face partner meetings.
