Oversees customer development and EE/CIP teams, identifies growth opportunities, manages stakeholder and regulatory relationships, directs budgets and performance, and advises executives on market, investment, risk, and sustainability decisions. Partners across operations, finance, legal, regulatory, communications, and government affairs to deliver safe, reliable, cost-effective energy solutions.

Leads enterprise technology strategy, architecture, governance, and operations across ERP, SaaS, cloud, custom applications, integrations, APIs, and platform support. Manages technical teams, software delivery lifecycle, modernization, security coordination, disaster recovery, vendors, and stakeholder partnerships. Establishes standards for scalability, performance, compliance, and operational resilience while guiding technology roadmaps and innovation. SAP experience and utilities-sector experience are preferred.

Lead Shared Services and Operations Accounting activities: review/prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support month-end close and financial reporting, assist audits, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support regulatory filings, manage systems issues and train staff.

Plan, implement, and support organizational change initiatives by developing change strategies, conducting impact and readiness assessments, creating communications and training, coaching leaders, tracking adoption metrics, and partnering with PMO/IT and business leads to integrate change into project plans and resolve system issues.

Lead adoption and sustainment of process improvements by embedding Management of Change practices into CI, Kaizen, and project work. Assess impacts, define ownership, create standard work and training materials, monitor early execution, identify risks and breakdowns, and facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure durable process changes.

Lead organizational change for technology and process initiatives, manage end-to-end project activities (scope, schedule, risks), coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, develop change strategies, communications, training and adoption metrics, support ERP/CIS/HRIS/CRM transformations, and mentor other change practitioners.
