As a Regional Coordinator, you will enhance pro-life campus engagement, organize events, recruit members, and advocate for pro-life initiatives, while managing travel and metrics effectively.

Manage and cultivate a 200–300 donor portfolio across the Midwest & Mountain region, build relationships via meetings and events, track interactions in development databases, coordinate regional events and campaigns, and support national fundraising initiatives with heavy travel (≈80%).

Manage a 300-500 donor caseload in the $1,000–$1,999 range to increase retention and upgrade giving. Conduct donor qualification through virtual meetings, perform donor research, manage CRM and donor communications, meet weekly outreach metrics, schedule meetings for major gifts team, and maintain detailed donor records and reports.
