The Technical Inside Sales Manager drives customer engagement, supports Field Sales, manages quoting, and collaborates on sales strategies in the electrical connector markets.

Assemble and kit Staubli products using hand tools and semi-automated equipment, follow assembly documentation, complete production paperwork, package and transfer product, train/assist temporary workers, and collaborate with engineers to improve manufacturability.

Operate, program, and maintain CNC mills, lathes, and screw machines; supervise shop personnel; produce tooling and prototypes; use CAM/CAD and SAP for inventory; perform inspections, maintenance, training, and troubleshooting; ensure safety and quality standards.
