Administers, analyzes, audits, and improves payroll and benefits programs. Partners with HR, Finance, employees, and vendors to ensure accurate payroll, benefits compliance, reporting, data integrity, responsive service, and operational improvements using enterprise platforms such as Workday.

Administers and engineers enterprise Apple client environments across macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS. Manages JAMF, Tanium, Intune, application packaging, endpoint configuration, patching, security remediation, compliance, and device lifecycles. Troubleshoots complex endpoint issues, supports Windows environments, creates technical documentation, participates in technology projects and upgrades, and collaborates with IT Support, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, vendors, and business users. Participates in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Design and improve direct-to-consumer streaming experiences across mobile, web, and connected TV. Responsibilities include creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs; supporting signup, checkout, onboarding, retention, content discovery, and personalization; maintaining design systems; partnering with Product, Engineering, Research, QA, and Analytics; applying accessibility standards; and using research, experimentation, and subscriber metrics to guide decisions.

Own and improve an internal tooling design system and deliver wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes. Partner with product managers and front-end engineers, run usability testing, and advocate UX standards across content operations tools.

Lead creative development of integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, motion, video and emerging platforms. Champion STARZ visual identity, direct key art and photoshoots, present concepts to executives, and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team to deliver premium, cinematic work aligned to business objectives.

Create on-brand visual communications across print, digital, social, experiential, and emerging platforms. Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to translate briefs into production-ready assets, uphold brand standards, present and iterate concepts, and manage delivery from concept through final execution.

Lead ML/AI analytics across STARZ telemetry and operational data to detect anomalies, forecast trends, and surface actionable signals. Build repeatable signals frameworks, apply anomaly detection/classification/clustering/time-series models, leverage generative AI/LLMs for summarization and RCA, define alerting and escalation, partner with engineering and product, and mentor junior analysts.
