Provide engineering support for component repair and process development in an aviation MRO. Define and validate production processes, tooling, and test stands; create repair instructions and technical documentation; collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Maintenance to reduce costs and improve yields. Manage implementation of repairs and process improvements, perform cost/benefit analysis, and participate in Lean and continuous improvement activities.

Own and execute the sales plan for Components & Accessories (MRO, LRU & Accessories). Develop territory strategy, manage customer relationships, resolve accounts receivable and customer issues, coordinate with program management and sector teams, generate proposals and forecasts, attend industry events, and maintain CRM and reporting to achieve revenue and profit targets.

Own regional sales and customer relationships for Business Aviation MRO across the Eastern U.S.; generate prospects, develop proposals with technical sales teams, manage pipeline in Salesforce, meet quota, control expenses, and travel extensively (50–75%).
