The role works across Rails and Node.js/TypeScript stacks in a globally distributed, remote team.

Own product strategy and complex cross-surface initiatives for Bolt.new, from problem diagnosis through launch. Drive prioritization using customer insight, product quality, business impact, technical feasibility, and metrics including activation, engagement, retention, and expansion. Lead discovery, cross-functional alignment, product quality, and written product thinking. This senior individual contributor role requires strong product judgment, product-led growth expertise, technical fluency, ownership, and excellent English communication.

Lead the technical direction of AI agents, managing context and workflows while partnering with teams to align AI initiatives with business goals. Oversee architectural decisions and mentor engineers in AI practices.
