Manage and coach an Investor Services team, oversee processing of subscriptions/redemptions/transfers, handle escalations, and run correspondence and live chat operations. Reconciles trial balances and fund records with custodians and transfer agents, investigates discrepancies, and ensures accurate, timely client deliverables. Requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, learning ability, and Excel skills.

Provide legal support across business functions, focusing on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to manage legal risks.

Perform daily post-trade compliance testing using automated monitoring systems, investigate breaches, communicate with stakeholders, document compliance determinations, validate data, support reporting and UAT, and help implement rules and process improvements for investment portfolios.

Manage and grow relationships with asset managers, advisors, broker-dealers and platforms; oversee service delivery and issue resolution; provide expert knowledge of retail alternative investments; coordinate cross-functional teams; lead staff; ensure regulatory compliance; analyze performance and reporting; improve procedures and support business development.

Manage a team delivering accurate, timely data reporting for Transfer Agency clients. Build advanced Excel data models (Power Pivot, DAX, Power Query), automate reporting, develop dashboards and KPIs, ensure data quality and governance, and support process improvement and stakeholder reporting needs.

The Application Support Analyst monitors production services, provides first-line support, manages incidents, and collaborates on project deliveries and quality assurance while enhancing client experience.

Lead client account management and transfer agency operations, overseeing onboarding, SOX/audit requests, KPI monitoring, team coaching, escalation resolution, and process improvements to increase efficiency and capacity while liaising with clients and senior management.

The Business Analyst will engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and support Agile delivery for a Money Market portal at SS&C.
