Leads IT project management activities across enterprise software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network system delivery. Model operational concepts, stakeholder needs, requirements, system architectures, verification status, and development roadmaps using MBSE and SysML. Produce digital artifacts supporting integrated hardware and software solutions while collaborating with prime contractors and government partners. The role is based in Dayton, Ohio, or Boulder, Colorado, and requires U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Support sustainment and operational maintenance of ground-based radar systems for US Space Force missions. Perform depot-level maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, calibration, repair, systems integration, and lab maintenance. Create engineering drawings, rack assembly documentation, wiring diagrams, and cable assemblies in accordance with ASME and IEEE standards. Leads test planning, architecture, execution, and reporting for mission-critical software, hardware, and integrated ground systems. Develops test plans, procedures, cases, environments, and documentation; conducts functional, regression, exploratory, accessibility, interoperability, UAT, and operational readiness testing. Supports formal Government test events, advises on test strategy and risks in a SETA capacity, integrates modernized systems with legacy infrastructure, tracks defects, and coordinates with developers, operators, and stakeholders.
