Manage the customer lifecycle across onboarding, training, adoption, engagement, and renewal support. Drive platform usage, retention, value realization, and account growth through proactive engagement plans and analytics. Maintain Salesforce account profiles, deliver product training, identify client needs, share feedback with Product teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Track outreach using CRM and cadence tools while supporting strategic accounts and client satisfaction.

Design, build, and maintain SOAR playbooks and automated incident-response workflows; integrate security, IT, and cloud systems; deploy cloud security infrastructure via IaC; apply AI/LLM tools to security automation; collaborate with SOC, detection engineering, and IR teams; measure and report automation performance and ROI to leadership.

Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents across endpoints, networks, cloud, and SaaS environments. Apply threat intelligence to enrich investigations, map adversary activity to MITRE ATT&CK, identify threat actors, and improve detections. Develop incident response playbooks, conduct threat hunting, create SIEM/SOAR and EDR detections, analyze vulnerabilities, produce intelligence reports and executive briefings, and support containment, remediation, root-cause analysis, information sharing, and post-incident improvements.

Leads the Finance team’s AI strategy, roadmap, governance, and implementation of AI/ML, NLP, GenAI, automation, and robotics initiatives. Partners with finance, technology, CFOs, vendors, and enterprise stakeholders to identify opportunities, deploy solutions, manage programs, measure ROI, promote adoption, and ensure ethical and regulatory compliance.

The role involves driving product strategy for data infrastructure, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing MLOps practices for data engineering solutions.

Lead Product Operations drives operational excellence across a ~$100M software portfolio: designing operating cadences, release governance, and performance frameworks (ACV, ARR, NRR, churn); aligning Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Customer Success; leading desktop-to-SaaS transformation efforts; integrating customer feedback; enabling go-to-market execution; and scaling AI/advanced analytics to inform product investment and drive growth.
