Sovrn is seeking an experienced attorney to assume the role of In-House Counsel. As In-House Counsel you are a key business partner to Sovrn’s market-facing leaders. You will be responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives and providing senior management with quick and thoughtful advice on a variety of matters. The position is responsible for managing Sovrn’s commercial contracts, ensuring Sovrn's compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as managing the company’s legal affairs and outside counsel. The In-House Counsel is directly involved in business transactions, including the negotiation of business critical contracts, M&A transactions and the company’s financing transactions.

As a Software Developer in Test (SDET) II, you will empower Sovrn's development teams to solve complex challenges for our publishers by championing testability, code health, infrastructure, performance, and monitoring. You'll own the quality of Sovrn's products, and ensure it by working in the current architecture and implementing test automation, tooling, deployment, and measurement frameworks. You'll learn complex systems and leave no stone unturned - from the JavaScript that renders when a reader views our publishers' sites, through our APIs, and into real-time dashboards and reports. Mostly, you'll be someone that gets it done, no matter what, and that's something you'll take pride in.

The Publisher Development Manager at Sovrn is an advocate and trusted partner to key publishing partners. Through a technical and operational focus, this publisher facing role will help build and grow relationships with publishers through reinforcing the Sovrn mission to support them across their businesses. This role provides the opportunity to become a key strategic partner for publishers, while driving adoption of durable Sovrn solutions across the industry and influencing the publisher and product lifecycle at Sovrn. We are looking for a connected, ambitious, and relationship driven ad operations professional to help drive our mission and convey the power of our solutions.

Provide publisher the hashed email pixel and/or JS to implement on registration pages or outbound email templates. Work with Sovrn Support Engineers (ops) to help publishers install the SOVRN code and confirm that the data is being passed correctly to SOVRN. Manage Publisher reporting and payments.

As a Account Executive you will be responsible for making connections with Publishers that are not currently working with Sovrn through direct outreach, cold calls, inbound leads, and marketing qualified leads. The role requires daily outreach to publishers. Account Executives are responsible for building relationships by advocating for them, having a voice in our online community and encouraging learning and connections between like-minded publishers.

As a Traffic Quality Specialist you will be responsible for the quality of the domains joining the Sovrn network. This role requires daily vetting of sites seeking access to the Sovrn network being onboarded via the sales team or via our self-service sign up offering. This individual will be responsible for upholding Sovrn’s strict standards that have earned us best in class in our industry with respect to inventory quality.

Back-end product/systems development with AWS, using Java and Scala. Design and build robust, web-based, distributed applications that can scale to handle tens of thousands of requests per second. Lead projects across large volumes of code, with multiple branches, formal integration procedures and test cycles. Contribute software engineering best practices and technical excellence through code reviews and mentorship of junior engineers. Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of projects and initiatives.

The responsibilities of the Contracts Manager will include working closely with legal and business teams to review, analyze, draft, revise and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, with a focus on customer and data acquisition and distribution agreements. Experience with privacy and data security is strongly preferred.
