Provides personalized hotel guest service by greeting arrivals, assisting with check-in, luggage, directions, transportation, storage, deliveries, and hotel amenities. Maintains bell carts, vehicles, keys, radios, and parking areas while supporting concierge, activities, business center, and front-office operations. Requires customer service experience, a valid clean driver's license, physical ability to lift 50–65 pounds, strong communication and organization, and schedule flexibility.

Supervise the hotel front desk and guest services team during assigned shifts. Train, mentor, schedule, and evaluate front desk agents; oversee check-in and check-out procedures; resolve guest complaints; ensure adherence to hospitality standards; manage payroll budgets; and support concierge, bell, valet, and ski valet operations. Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
