While we are not required to provide FMLA by law, we believe in the importance of personal medical leave and have a policy to provide up to 12 weeks leave for eligible employees.

Unlimited Vacation Policy

Generous PTO

We have an unlimited PTO policy for exempt employees; non-exempt employees receive 18 days PTO in addition to paid holidays, jury duty, and bereavement leave. Additional days are added for tenure.
