Provide crisis assessment and evidence-based interventions for individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders in community and regional assessment settings. Coordinate discharge planning, document clinical contacts in the health record, collaborate with providers and community partners, and participate in team meetings and occasional trainings. Maintain required screenings, licensure/driving credentials, and complete background and fingerprint checks.

Provide crisis and ongoing mental health care in community and 24-hour assessment center settings. Assess mental/behavioral status, deliver evidence-based individual and group interventions, coordinate discharge and outpatient linkage, document in health record, collaborate with providers and community partners, and participate in team meetings and occasional training. Temporary 3-month assignment with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts plus one 12-hour remote on-call shift.

Provide crisis assessment, intervention, and care coordination for individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders in community and Regional Assessment Center settings. Document clinical contacts in the health record, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support discharge planning, and work toward licensure while maintaining required trainings and attendance.

Provide supervised individual, family, and group therapy; complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and documentation; participate in clinical supervision, training, and multidisciplinary teams while gaining clinical hours toward licensure.

Provide front-desk and administrative support in a healthcare setting: answer phones, manage records and scheduling in EHR, handle mail, draft responses, assist team projects, and support public inquiries while following policies and maintaining confidentiality.

Provide basic physical and behavioral health care under RN supervision, implement safety plans, document patient contacts in the EHR, transport clients, participate in training and staff meetings. Level II performs vitals, assists with exams, bathing and feeding, and maintains relevant certifications (CNA/EMT/MA/CMHT/QMAP).

Provide high-acuity substance use and mental health assessment, treatment planning, individual/family and group therapy, risk intervention, care coordination with psychiatrists and medical providers, EHR documentation, and participation in interdisciplinary teams and training.
