Lead and grow a capital projects engineering team to deliver end-to-end capital projects for electrolyte production scale-up, including design, procurement, installation, commissioning, reliability planning, vendor management, budget and schedule control, and safety/process hazard compliance.

The Process Engineer II will improve the electrode slurry process in battery manufacturing, troubleshoot operations, and implement efficient protocols while working closely with operators.

Support engineers and scientists running lab and production-scale experiments to develop solid-state battery electrodes. Tasks include electrode slurry mixing and casting, collecting rheological and characterization data, communicating results, and following lab safety procedures.

Lead end-to-end, customer-facing programs for solid-state battery materials commercialization. Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality; align cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain); drive APQP/phase-gate reviews; manage external vendors and customer communications; mitigate risks and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with the SP Korea office.

Lead and manage a laboratory team supporting analytical testing for solid-state electrolyte and battery cell pilot lines. Oversee QMS, equipment calibration and maintenance, validation protocols, audits, QA procedures, staffing, safety, data analysis, and cross-functional problem solving to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
