Supports Project Managers with client implementation and internal project coordination. Maintains project plans, trackers, meeting documentation, action items, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reports. Coordinates meetings, follows up with stakeholders, supports PMO processes, organizes project materials, and escalates overdue or unclear items. The role also contributes to lessons learned, talent activities, and occasional on-call support. It is remote within specified U.S. states and requires approximately twice-yearly headquarters attendance.

Manage and optimize cross-functional business operations, improve processes, ensure regulatory compliance, support strategic planning, analyze operational data, oversee projects and budgets, and conduct market research. The role also includes talent management, mentoring, documentation, and collaboration with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams. Managers must provide occasional on-call, weekend, and overnight support, attend headquarters meetings approximately twice annually, and travel up to 5%.
