Support cloud development environment configuration, mentor junior engineers, provide technical direction, review work products, collaborate with customers and multidisciplinary teams, and maintain training materials.

Develop and deploy performant Python software for national defense remote-sensing and space-ground systems. Responsibilities include collaborating across teams, writing maintainable code, optimizing applications, troubleshooting, and supporting deployments using GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. The role is onsite four days weekly in Boulder and requires eligibility to obtain an interim DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, a relevant degree, and 9+ years of software engineering experience.

Develop backend software, primarily in Python, for remote sensing and space-ground systems. Responsibilities include designing and deploying features, writing scalable code, managing containerized deployments with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, troubleshooting performance issues, using GitLab and Jira, and applying DoD standards. The role is onsite four days per week in Boulder, Colorado, and supports large national defense Agile programs.

Develop and maintain C++/Unreal Engine software for space remote-sensing visualization and real-time data processing. Work on containerized, distributed microservice systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver end-to-end features while supporting program objectives and on-site operations in Boulder, CO.

Operate and improve CI/CD pipelines, orchestrate deployments across development and production, manage artifact and container workflows, implement Helm charts, troubleshoot deployed applications, integrate security scanning, and ensure cybersecurity protocols for space-ground data processing systems.

The Cloud Engineer will design, develop, and integrate network and cloud systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct assessments, and document technical solutions, requiring expertise in cloud applications and infrastructure.

Collaborate on software projects, writing code in Java, utilizing Agile methodologies, ensuring compliance with security protocols and optimizing performance.

Design and modify data solutions using Databricks and Palantir Foundry; build data models and reports from ERP and legacy-system datasets; define and execute tests; and translate stakeholder reporting needs into technical specifications. The role requires SQL, Python, PySpark, database architecture, cloud architecture, software engineering practices, independent execution, documentation, and collaboration. It supports an Army client in a hybrid Arlington, Virginia environment and requires an active Secret clearance.

Leads and mentors junior developers while designing, modifying, testing, and deploying data solutions in Palantir Foundry. Builds data models and reports from ERP and legacy systems, translates business requirements into technical capabilities, and supports IT modernization. Requires Python, PySpark, cloud architecture, CI/CD, database design, Army domain knowledge, and an active DoD Secret clearance.
