Supports corporate FP&A and G&A business partners through forecasting, budgeting, headcount planning, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and financial decision support. The role contributes to annual planning, monthly forecast cycles, close support, and improvements to planning tools and processes, including Workday Adaptive Planning. It requires translating financial data into actionable insights and building trusted relationships with department leaders.

Supports corporate FP&A through Workday Adaptive Planning by developing dashboards, variance reports, forecasts, and consolidated reporting. Maintains planning structures, assumptions, hierarchies, and versions; manages forecast inputs for expenses, margins, headcount, and capital expenditures. Partners with Finance and cross-functional teams to define requirements, improve financial systems, support ERP integrations, ensure data quality, and contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting packages.

Lead frontend architecture and implementation for Slate's digital customer experience. Drive design, code, testing, and delivery across web and mobile, mentor engineers, collaborate with UX/product, and make long-term technical trade-offs to ensure reliability and scalability.

Designs and improves the legal department’s operating model, including intake, triage, marketing review, contract management, knowledge management, and e-billing. Leads legal technology selection and implementation, develops playbooks and self-service resources, builds performance dashboards, supports budgeting and strategic planning, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives with Finance, IT, Marketing, executives, vendors, and outside counsel.

Leads Slate’s GenAI strategy, architecture, and production deployment across vehicle engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, software, and go-to-market operations. Owns enterprise-scale GenAI platforms, agentic systems, data and context layers, model serving, evaluation, guardrails, and observability. Applies physical AI to robotics, computer vision, predictive maintenance, and factory feedback loops. Recruits and develops a high-performing technical team while remaining hands-on with coding, architecture, stakeholder engagement, and technical standards.

Own the strategy and roadmap for vehicle delivery across fleet and retail customers. Define product requirements, manage partner integrations, gather customer and industry insights, and collaborate with engineering, design, operations, commercial, and leadership teams. Drive agile product development, continuous improvement, and delivery of complex, operationally intensive products, including AI-powered features, in a fast-paced startup environment.

Manage the end-to-end pre-signature contracting process for commercial agreements across buy-side and sell-side transactions. Review and redline contracts, coordinate stakeholder input, identify risks, and escalate deviations. Maintain templates, clause libraries, playbooks, contract records, and SharePoint resources. Support CLM tools, workflow improvement, change management, process standardization, and contracting metrics while guiding non-lawyers across Legal, Sales, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service teams.

Build and maintain performant, reliable customer-facing web and mobile experiences. Own frontend architecture, component design, state management, testing, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and production readiness. Leads the technical strategy, architecture, implementation, and delivery of a scalable ecommerce platform for vehicle discovery, configuration, checkout, payments, order management, fulfillment, and ownership experiences. Builds and tests distributed systems, drives code quality and technical decisions, partners with product and UX teams, simplifies complex problems, and mentors engineers while balancing customer impact, business needs, and long-term technology excellence.

Lead design, architecture, implementation, and delivery of Slate's Salesforce CRM. Integrate Salesforce with internal systems, optimize Sales and Support workflows, own code-to-deploy quality, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and mentor others while driving technical decisions and simplification.

Lead UX strategy and design for vehicle products and experiences. Establish UX processes, collaborate with Brand, HMI, Engineering and Software, validate designs with research, and present actionable recommendations to executives.
