Lead multiple end-to-end WMS and TMS software implementations from kickoff through go-live. Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, documentation, customer communications, and stakeholder accountability. Coordinate technical teams handling configuration, data setup, integrations, testing, and validation. Serve as the primary customer contact, resolve implementation challenges, ensure go-live readiness, and improve scalable implementation processes. The role requires strong project management, communication, organization, technical collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a B2B SaaS environment.

Lead end-to-end WMS implementations, including customer discovery, warehouse-process analysis, system configuration, SQL-based data validation, troubleshooting, UAT, and go-live readiness. Translate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping requirements into effective workflows, identify enhancement opportunities, coordinate with Product and Engineering, manage multiple projects, communicate with stakeholders, and transition customers to Support. Some implementations may require on-site customer support.
