As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you'll drive solutions for large scale projects, lead the development team, and engage with clients while mentoring technical consultants.

Set and execute technical direction for enterprise ServiceNow projects. Lead design and technical workshops, own architecture and deliverables end-to-end, oversee development/testing/deployment, support pre-sales, and stay current on ServiceNow platform and best practices. Travel up to 20%.

Provide ServiceNow technical expertise for enterprise clients: attend workshops, develop, configure, integrate, test, and deploy solutions; maintain best practices and stay current with platform updates.

The Business Analyst will gather requirements from clients, support project lifecycles, conduct demos, and manage change, while utilizing ServiceNow. Responsibilities include documentation and relationship building.
