The Experience Manager leads the property's front-desk and guest-experience operations. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, coordinating stays, resolving booking and billing issues, overseeing room readiness, coaching the Experience Team, managing events and guest communications, training staff on community systems, supporting hospitality technology implementations, coordinating housekeeping vendors, and collaborating with revenue management to improve bookings and guest satisfaction.

Staff Accountant responsible for monthly close, general ledger activities, journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, audits, and property-level reporting for a two-property real estate portfolio. The role supports on-site and corporate teams, trains community staff, responds to financial questions, improves accounting processes, and uses Yardi extensively.

Support day-to-day accounting across a multi-entity property portfolio: upload and code journal entries, review corporate card transactions, process expense reimbursements, assist bank reconciliations and AR collections, provide audit support, and help with month-end close and ad hoc accounting projects.

The Director of Business Development will seek new management agreements, develop relationships, conduct property tours, and collaborate on strategy for growth.

The Vice President of Business Development will lead efforts to expand Sentral's business in multifamily and hospitality markets, focusing on building relationships, negotiating agreements, and coordinating with internal teams for growth.
