Own post-sale customer relationships, renewals, growth, adoption, onboarding, and executive business reviews. Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert while advocating for customers internally with clinical, implementation, engineering, product, and support teams. Build customer champions, identify expansion opportunities, communicate value through data and stories, and ensure customers achieve desired outcomes from Sensi’s home-care solution.
