Leads hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and broader dam safety efforts for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, including risk analysis, emergency action planning, dam inspections, design, construction, environmental compliance, maintenance, and repairs. Prepares technical documents, budgets, policy guidance, reports, and presentations; provides technical oversight to federal, regional, tribal, and field personnel; and travels to remote dam sites as needed.

Performs data profiling, analysis, migration, quality assurance, and issue resolution using SQL and related tools. Creates Power BI or Tableau dashboards, manages and analyzes geospatial data through Esri platforms, documents solutions, and supports data analytics and application development offerings. The role collaborates with senior technical resources, requires strong organization and communication skills, and may involve up to 10% travel.
