Design and verify front-end RF signal-chain circuits, low-phase-noise oscillators, and RF digitizer assemblies for space vehicle communications. Integrate RF hardware with FPGA-based DSP, perform EM modeling and lab measurements, support PCB layout, lead troubleshooting, conduct trade studies and design reviews, train junior engineers, and interact with customers and program leadership.

Lead digital hardware design and integration for space electronics across box/module/board/FPGA/software. Define architectures and requirements, perform SI/PI analysis, oversee PCB capture/layout, lead lab debug and environmental test, run technical reviews, and coordinate cross-discipline teams through delivery.

Lead delivery of satellite electronics programs to schedule, cost, quality, and performance. Serve as primary customer and vendor interface, manage cross-functional teams, schedules, change control, risk, and earned value processes, and support contract/subcontract negotiations.

Design and verify complex FPGA/ASIC systems using Verilog/VHDL. Develop self-checking testbenches and timing simulations, use vendor flows (Synplify, ISE, Vivado, Libero), script with TCL/Python, lead small teams, perform RTL review and CDC/reset/clock design, and debug hardware with scopes and logic analyzers. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support space/ radiation-hardened design practices. Requires 10+ years FPGA experience and US citizenship.

Lead and execute SEAKR's IRAD portfolio: translate technical roadmaps into funded projects, manage cross-functional execution, ensure compliance with federal funding rules, coordinate testing (including radiation), track TRL and budgets, and report metrics to leadership.

Support integration, testing, and on-orbit execution of satellite payload missions. Manage mission requirements, build system models and simulations (STK/AFSIM), develop on-orbit procedures and pass plans, run HWIL/FlatSat tests, and support Payload Operations Center satellite passes and daily operations under MO/System leads.

Lead cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals for space electronics programs. Manage proposal schedules, pricing, BOEs, technical and management volumes, strategy, storyboarding, reviews, metrics, and post-bid debrief analyses.

Entry-level Quality Assurance Engineer supporting aerospace hardware programs. Assist primary Quality Engineers with as-builts, test witnessing, basic QC support, MRBs, root cause analysis, formal testing, CSIs, and QEVs while learning interactions across Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Test.
