SEAKR Engineering Benefits Overview

Lead the full lifecycle development of embedded networking systems for space applications, from architecture and requirements through integration, testing, qualification, and delivery. Provide technical leadership across engineering teams, manage roadmaps and backlogs, integrate hardware and networking products in laboratory environments, and develop compliance test programs for networking standards and spaceflight requirements.

Lead moderate-complexity satellite electronics programs from design through delivery, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and performance objectives are met. Coordinate engineering, business development, contracts, finance, vendors, and customers; manage requirements, resources, schedules, risks, changes, costs, and program metrics. Lead gate reviews, technical decision-making, and cross-functional teams while managing programs in Cost Plus and Firm Fixed Price environments using Earned Value Management.

Performs hands-on integration, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of spacecraft electronics in a laboratory environment. Responsibilities include unit testing, test conductor activities, engineering change implementation, schematic and test procedure review, production metric analysis, yield improvement, test scripting, root cause analysis, and documentation. The role supports digital circuits, processors, FPGAs, power supplies, and mission-critical hardware from component through system level.
