Lead cross-functional teams to produce winning proposals for space electronics projects. Manage RFQ/RFI/ROM/RFP responses, schedules, pricing, BOEs, storyboarding, win themes, and major proposal events. Coordinate fact-finding, debrief analysis, and continuous improvement. Support business metrics and stakeholder reviews to ensure timely, compliant, and competitive submissions.

Design and verify front-end RF signal-chain circuits, oscillators, and RF digitizer assemblies for space vehicles. Collaborate across teams, support PCB layout, perform EM modeling and lab measurements, troubleshoot hardware, conduct worst-case analysis, produce documentation, and mentor junior RF engineers.

Lead digital hardware design and integration for space electronics across box/module/board/FPGA/software. Define architectures and requirements, perform SI/PI analysis, oversee PCB capture/layout, lead lab debug and environmental test, run technical reviews, and coordinate cross-discipline teams through delivery.
