Support HR operations in a Holyoke, CO office: employee communication, onboarding, orientation, employment records, benefits administration, compliance with policies/regulations, HR data and reporting, and basic office/operations assistance.

Supervise and train farm employees; ensure SOPs, biosecurity, herd health, feeding, medication and vaccination protocols. Maintain records and reports, assist manager, schedule staff, and perform physical animal care duties on-site at the sow farm.

Supervise sow farm operations and staff to meet production targets. Manage breeding, selection, gestation, farrowing, health monitoring, and adherence to SOPs. Collect production data, prepare reports, order supplies, create schedules, approve timecards and PTO, and train employees in vaccination and artificial insemination. Maintain personnel records and ensure facility upkeep. No hire/fire authority.

Supervise day-to-day operations of a sow farm and staff to meet production targets. Manage breeding, selection, farrowing, disease monitoring, SOP adherence, recordkeeping, supply orders, scheduling, timecards, personnel paperwork and performance feedback. No hire/fire authority.
