SDCO Partners Benefits Overview

Medical Benefits: SDCO Partners contributes $375 per month towards an employee’s monthly premium on one of our company plans. Full time employees are eligible after 3 months of service. Our plan also includes preventative Dental and Vision. Maternity Leave: SDCO Partners contributions and the Short Term Disability policy will combine for a 100% salary benefit for the first 6 weeks of maternity leave. An employee may take up to an additional 6 weeks with a 60% salary benefit with the Short Term Disability Policy. Employees are eligible for this benefit following 1 year of full time employment. Paternity and Adoption Leave: SDCO Partners will offer an adoption and paternity benefit for eligible employees of 5 days. Disability: All full time SDCO Partners employees are automatically enrolled in Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability following 90 days of employment. This premium is covered in full by SDCO Partners. PTO and Holidays: Every employee receives 10 days of PTO for their first year and then 11 days every subsequent year. We are closed for 9 major holidays, and the week between Christmas and New Years. On Fridays, during June, July, and August we have summer office hours and close at 12:30 p.m. ET. Retirement Benefits: Following 1 year of service, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our 401k which includes a 4% company match. Continued Education: SDCO Partners will offer up to $1500 per year, per employee, in reimbursement for continuing education expenses. Full time employees are eligible for this benefit after 3 months of service. Examples of a continuing education initiatives may include, but are not limited to, industry or job related conferences, classes or courses, professional group memberships, and certifications.
