Leads the design, implementation, security, compliance, monitoring, and optimization of IT systems and architectures supporting USSPACECOM facilities. Provides technical leadership, coordinates system design and installation oversight, evaluates technologies and vendors, manages vendor performance, and serves as the information systems architecture subject matter expert. Ensures scalable, secure, standards-compliant integration with existing and future infrastructure while training and developing engineering personnel.

Administer and sustain NORAD and USNORTHCOM mission systems, including GCCS-J infrastructure, RHEL servers, COP servers, COP Sync Tools, and Nutanix private cloud environments. Implement and evaluate STIG requirements, manage enterprise virtualization and Windows systems, and support mission applications and web services at government facilities in Colorado Springs.

Administers enterprise Windows domains, Horizon View VDI, and Nutanix HCI environments. Manages Active Directory, DNS, GPOs, DHCP, server and desktop hardening, gold images, patching, and profile management. Supports DoD compliance through STIGs and RMF, performs PowerShell automation, and maintains 24x7 mission environments. Requires extensive Windows, Horizon View, and Nutanix experience plus U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance with Top Secret/SCI eligibility.

Provides senior systems administration, integration, and sustainment for U.S. Space Command mission systems. Responsibilities include managing Windows enterprise environments, virtualization, VDI, servers, storage, backups, patches, databases, networking, load balancing, and specialized mission applications. The role supports system integration and testing, troubleshooting, lifecycle maintenance, cybersecurity hardening, DISA STIG compliance, RMF activities, technical design, and coordination with engineering teams, government stakeholders, OEMs, and contractors.
