Maintain estate grounds including mowing, pruning, planting, irrigation, equipment operation and minor repairs. Dispose of green waste, respond to trouble calls, assist house crew with amenities, and follow safety procedures.

Assist in coordinating and directing facilities operations including scheduling, budgeting, vendor/customer relations, compliance, inspections, inventory, staff supervision, and implementation of policies. Participate in planning, contracts, and process improvements; maintain safety and regulatory compliance. Program includes an eight-week on-site MIT training with required relocation if local placement unavailable.

Manage planning, development, and maintenance of grounds, supervise groundskeeping staff, oversee landscaping projects and equipment maintenance, enforce safety and environmental compliance, manage budgets and inventories, coordinate contractors and events, and maintain records of activities.

Manage terminal operations including scheduling, supervising service personnel, conducting quality audits, maintaining inventories, ensuring regulatory compliance (FLSA, OSHA, ADA), budgeting and forecasting, contract coordination, customer liaison, and promoting services. Responsible for safety, financial reporting, staff training and HR activities. Some travel required.

Receive, unload, inspect, store, and inventory supplies and merchandise. Complete stock records, fulfill orders, maintain stock locations and safety/MSDS compliance, and operate/verify forklift and related equipment. Maintain cleanliness and assist with inventory counts and reporting.

Supervise and train program employees, enforce safety and sanitation (OSHA) compliance, conduct inspections, track equipment and supplies, maintain records and reports, and address personnel or customer issues. Ensure proper PPE use and recommend corrective actions. Some travel required.
