Grow territory referral volume through prospecting, relationship management, presentations, community events, and consistent outreach. Educate partners on services, eligibility, and referral workflows; collaborate with clinical, operations, and patient experience teams to improve onboarding and provider experience. Maintain organized CRM records, provide market feedback, and help develop scalable partnership processes.

Lead Sailor Health’s B2C creative strategy and performance marketing engine. Own the creative roadmap, testing strategy, patient storytelling, and performance analysis across Meta, Google, and YouTube. Build and manage an internal team of designers, editors, copywriters, creators, freelancers, and agencies. Establish scalable creative systems, use AI to increase production speed, and ensure brand consistency and HIPAA-compliant healthcare marketing.

The Founding Engineer will lead the development of Sailor Health's AI-powered platform, building systems for patient care and mentor the engineering team.
