Manage B2B SaaS customer relationships, onboarding, adoption, training, operational reviews, issue resolution, and retention for Ethics and Compliance programs. Advise customers on GRC program improvement, coordinate internal delivery teams, track initiatives in Salesforce, support renewals and expansion, and advocate for customer needs. The role includes approximately 10% travel to priority customer locations.

Provide in-house legal support for commercial operations: draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts (SaaS, licensing, vendor, reseller), DPAs/NDAs/BAAs, and info-security terms; advise on privacy, AI, cybersecurity, and regulatory matters; develop templates and playbooks; manage outside counsel; support corporate governance, employment, and vendor matters while partnering with business stakeholders.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn) and multi-channel campaigns. Research target accounts, build pipeline, qualify meetings, and maintain CRM data. Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing, meet monthly/quarterly pipeline targets, and stay current on GRC and learning-management trends.

Lead product strategy and delivery for B2B GRC/Compliance SaaS: conduct client discovery, prioritize using frameworks (RICE/MoSCoW/WSJF), champion Agile, use AI prototyping, coordinate GTM, engage clients, and ensure quality with Product Operations.
